Responsibilities:

• Maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners; Regularly monitoring campaign performance.

•  Identifying and engaging new affiliates and monitoring affiliate promotions.

•   Recruit new Affiliate Partners & other Strategic partners.

•   Tracking affiliate performance, lead quality, and pay-outs.

•   Practical understanding of the affiliate ecosystem; Ideally a massive platform experience.

•   Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns.

•   Meeting quarterly revenue targets

•   Create a content strategy to promote affiliate products

•   Communicate with affiliate companies

Requirements:

•  1-6 years relevant experience in the Affiliate Marketing domain.

•   Strong media buying and negotiation skills.

•   Attention to detail and being data-driven

•   Strong communication and organizational skills
