Job Description

We are hiring for Agency development manager profile in a HEALTH  insurance company FOR PAN INDIA location. 
Position: Development Manager 
Experience: min 2 Years in sales profile CTC- 3.50 LPA + Incentives+ Traveling Allowance+ Medical BenefitsAGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (HEALTH INSURANCE):
The Job Role and Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Development of Personal Financial Advisor (agents interacting with customers),Generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal Financial Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Licensing of the agents and building their own team
  • Driving productivity of the new and vintage agents
  • Driving performance by implementing sales promotion for the Agent
  • Coaching and mentoring of the Agent
  • Delivering new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
  • Ensure business Reporting, MIS on a sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications Minimum:- GRADUATION proficiency in MS Excel
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. 
Handling team experience will be an added advantage.
