CTC- Upto 4.5 lac
Any field Sales Experience or Insurance sales , BFSI Sales
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the insurance industry and products
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
