Job Description

WAD(wealth insurance distributor advisor)needs to achieve the Defined criteria to progress to become an agency leader and to progress at higher levels of leader in his/her career path.An agency leader (AL/SAL/GAL) will be eligible for performance based fixed as well as Variable payout as listed below:

Monthly basic pay
Monthly archive NLA allowance
Monthly production bonus
Monthly advisor activation allowance
Indirect team QPB for SAL/GAL(indirect team L1 and L2- Quarterly)
Self sourced business payout
