POSITION: Agency Manager 
JOB LOCATION: Bangalore

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network of Insurance Agents (IA).
• Training, motivating and driving these certified Insurance Agents to sell SBI Life Insurance Policy.
• Meeting prospective customers with Insurance Agents to sell SBI Life Insurance solutions
• Providing pre and post sales support
• Ensuring quality business as per SBI Life company norms

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :
 • Education : Graduate 
• Experience : Sales experience of 2+ years
