Position:Agency Manager or Unit Manager

Grade : Deputy Grade Manager Level

Eligibility Criteria and Experience:  Graduates/Post Graduates/ PUC+Diploma/Freshers/Experienced

Roles and Responsibilities:-

 1.Acquire 2 or 3 or 4 agents from market. 

2.Train & Motivate Advisers for achieve the sales targets.

3.Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.

 4.Evolving market segmentation strategies to achieve desired target

 5.Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clients, thereby achieving the business targets.

 6.Mentoring, training and development of the field functionaries to ensure the sales efficiency.

7. It is a team handing profile and sales and marketing profile.

8. It is an onrole job.

Grade: Manager/Assistance Manager/Deputy Manager
CTC: Negotiable

Experience: Fresher & experience in sales and marketing

Location: All Major Cities (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and other Cities also)
