Job Description

Agile Coach

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver training to team members on agile principles, processes and best practices
  • Coach newly formed agile teams on agile principles, self-organization, effective user stories, estimation and daily/weekly routines
  • Serve as SCRUM Master for the team until responsibilities are transferred to a member of the team
  • Coach team on SCRUM-related roles, activities and events, including release planning and demos
  • Coach product owners with backlog grooming activities and assure strategy and execution

Skills and experience:
  • Certified Agile Coach
  • 3+ years of experience using Agile practices in an enterprise environment
  • 2+ Experience as SCRUM Master
  • 2+ Experience as Agile Coach working with clients and teams to jump start their Agile practices
  • 1+ Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
