We are looking for an enthusiastic Agile Trainer/Coach to educate people in a technological field. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals. Agile trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. The goal is to contribute to the development of people’s technical/IT skills to meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities- Help manage risks and dependencies across the organization and the broader enterprise to enable a better flow of value
- Coach and partner with various stakeholders such as Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Owners, IT leads to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
- Guide cadence and synchronization at the Team Level to improve the effectiveness of progress towards the iteration goals in daily stand-up meetings and the ability to demonstrate working systems at the end of the iteration
- Continuously seeks opportunities to improve operational processes to improve consistency of delivery, improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
- Effectively assesses opportunities, gains support for improvements and follows through with implementation
- Provides leadership oversight and governance on all line of business Agile transformation efforts
- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Requirements- Degree in a relevant technical field
- Proven experience as an Agile trainer
- Experience in Scrum Master role
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (preferred)
- Minimum internet speed should be 10mbps
- Should work from a noise-free environment
- Strong experience in agile transformation in the matrix, geographically dispersed and virtual teams; successfully integrating agile approaches across various disciplines and stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Experience in designing technical course content
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Highly effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
