Job Description

Agile Team Scrum Master

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with Agile teaming methodologies such as XP, Scrum and Kanban, CSM preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of using standard lean/agile techniques like Pairing, CI, DevOps, VSM, A3, TDD, and BDD to improve software development processes.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills and experience using these interpersonal skills to motivate, engage, and mobilize team members.
  • History of role modeling and promoting agile values and principles
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles within agile software development team and contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelors degree, with a desire to work in an information-systems environment.
