We wish to reconnect people with nature, build communities, and enthusiasm for leafy greens all across India. Our engineering team needs dreamers, a team of curious, perceptive, quick-witted, and entrepreneurial people. 

The Cosy kisaan agricultural engineer will help design a farm, a container farm that resides at the heart of where its consumers are. They will create a hydroponic system that will change the way consumers experience plants. The role requires an engineering star with proven agricultural knowledge and hydroponic plant experience and a strong record in the application of a hydroponic system with proven physical experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, Design, and develop a Hydroponic system ( From a growing system, lighting, atmospheric, and management )
• Conduct research on the latest trends in agricultural engineering and farming aspects.
• Increase farm production through agricultural engineering methods.
• Interact and coordinate with farming professionals, agronomists, agricultural technicians, and farmers.
• Plan, develop, and initiate programs for better harvesting cycles.
• Implement agricultural engineer programs to improve the quality of standards in agricultural products.
• Counsel and educate farmers and agriculturists on the latest farming issues and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all states and federal agricultural laws and guidelines.

Requirements:

• B. E. in Agricultural Engineering or relevant experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience
• Must have prior experience in hydroponics
• A self-starter who instinctively and consistently creates personal and professional goals and meets them. 
• Works well with others with the ability to build trust with the team and work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment. 
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities. - proven ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly and change.
• Ability to solve complex problems. That is to say that the engineer must have good problem-solving abilities.
