Job Description

Eligibility : BE/BTech (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE), MCA from 2022 and 2023 batches

About the role : The position intends to build applications to solve ‘Real Word Business’ problems using AI/ML tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

Developing AI/ML Models: Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems and improve processes. This involves understanding requirements, selecting appropriate algorithms, feature engineering, and fine-tuning models for optimal performance.
Data Preparation and Exploration: Collecting, cleaning, and pre-processing data to ensure its suitability for training ML models. Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data patterns, identify anomalies, and extract meaningful insights.
Model Training and Evaluation: Building and training ML models using various techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning. Evaluating model performance, optimizing hyperparameters, and employing validation strategies to ensure accuracy and generalizability.
Deployment and Integration: Integrating ML models into production systems and ensuring seamless deployment. Collaborating with software engineers and developers to implement models within applications, APIs, or other software platforms.
Performance Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitoring the performance of deployed ML models, tracking metrics, and identifying areas for improvement or model retraining.
Maintaining and updating models as needed to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.
Research and Innovation: Staying updated with the latest advancements and research in AI/ML technologies. Experimenting with new algorithms, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and improve existing solutions.

Candidate requirements:

Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Knowledge of frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
Machine Learning Expertise: Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques. Experience with regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and other ML domains.
Data Manipulation and Analysis: Ability to work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, and conduct exploratory data analysis using tools like pandas, NumPy, or SQL.
Model Development and Evaluation: Experience in developing ML models and evaluating their performance using appropriate metrics. Familiarity with model evaluation techniques, cross-validation, and hyperparameter tuning.
Software Engineering and Integration: Understanding of software engineering principles, version control systems (e.g., Git), and experience with integrating ML models into production systems.
Problem-solving and Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify business problems, break them down into solvable components, and apply ML techniques to develop effective solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: Good communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and work in an agile environment.

Salary : INR 3.5 - 7 LPA

Location-Delhi NCR and at ‘Client Site’ as and when required

5 Days a week

The role may require to travel at the client site
