Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for Air ticketing professionals with an experience of at least 6 months in Domestic & International Air Ticketing process with an Relevant experience in Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre is Must.The Job will be for one of our client who is a Leader in providing Travelling solution globally.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creation of PNR & issuance of ticket across domestic & international bookings.
  
• Ensure proper verification of itinerary mentioned on HQ and airline website for LCC / GDS for full service airlines across all domains
  
• Follow up (Call and Email) with airline/supplier in case of pending ticketing, reissuance, cancellations & refunds.
  
• Prepare and maintain multiple reports and Verify exact nature of cancellation request – full, partial sector, split pax , amended , no show , full refund. Exception cases like visa rejection, medical and death cases.
  
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams like customer service & finance, external teams like airlines & other ticketing partners.
  

Mandatory Skills Required

• Working Knowledge multiple GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre) is Must
• Knowledge of Genesys (which is customer experience & contact center solutions) is required as all calls made to airline will be done using Genesys.
• IATA Preferred
• Candidate with Above Skills SHOULD ONLY APPLY.

Eligible Criteria

• 24/7*365 days working environment, with 6 working days with 01 rotational Weekly Off
  
• Female / Male candidates are applicable
  
• 10+2 / 10+3 / BE & B.Tech can also Apply

Job Benefits

• Salary will be between 18000 – 25000(Monthly),further negotiable basis relevant experience.
  
• One side drop/Pick up facility is available during night shifts.
