Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Dealing with international customers and corporate clients over the phone or email helping them to make the flight.
Follow up with the existing customersWorking knowledge GDS Amadeus and Galileo.
Making a reservation for flights
Building a report with the new customers and dealing with the existing customers.
Responsible for Invoicing - Car/ Air ticket and other travel product.
Trace the PNRs and invoices and resolve query over e-mails.
Prepare and maintain multiple reports.
Charge credit cards for Car/Air ticket and other travel product.Ability to work on multiple internal tools.
