Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Air Ticketing Executive at ISHWA HOLIDAYS PVT LTD located in Pune. As an Air Ticketing Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating and booking flights for our corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in ticketing and reservation systems, managing customer inquiries and resolving issues, and providing exceptional service and support to clients throughout the travel process. You will work closely with our travel consultants and other teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field
Prior experience in air ticketing and reservation systems
Knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations, fares, and rules
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Passion for the travel industry and a customer-centric mindset
