Responsibilities :
> The main duty of a Reservation, is to assist Guests with planning and booking reservations.
> Making Flight arrival and departure announcements
> Follow customer issue without distraction to resolution
> Excellent customer service skills
> Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
