Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with inquiries, provide information on flight schedules, and assist with check in and boarding processes.
Baggage Handling: Assist with the handling, sorting, and transportation of baggage to ensure timely delivery.
Safety and Security: Adhere to airport safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Customer Service: Address passenger concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Operational Support: Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure efficient operations and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations calmly.
Requirements:
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy baggage.
Must pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
