As a member of CHLT (Consumer Health Leadership Team, Mumbai) contribute to the strategic decision-making process for CH business.
Own and drive the P&L for alternate channels including key MT pharmacies like Apollo, Guardian, Wellness Forever and also e-pharmacies like Medlife etc.
Work with the Country Head to develop the complete 2020-23 CH plan for India.
Work on establishing partnerships and set up with the key retailers identified and have joint business plans in place across Retail, Marketplace and Media.
Work closely with marketing to identify potential opportunities for alternate channels, develop key shopper insights for them, develop commercial size of prize scenarios for all the identified opportunities and finally execute the same.
Lead implementation of Playbooks in India ensuring best practices are captured.
Work with the global, local teams, to ensure alignment when working with Global e-commerce customers.
Lead eCommerce capability training for wider team to help increase our skill base.
Work with external third parties to ensure we have the right agency partners in place to help execute the alternate channel plan.
