Job Description

Required AM Recruitment for a international BPO process in Chennai. 
CTC Rs 8 LPA to 8.5 LPA . 
Male applicants only.
Mandatory experience of 6 to 8 years in Recruitment preferably International BPO or IES Environment.
Minimum 2 to 4 years in Team handling experience and 3 years of Stakeholder Management. Overall 8 to 10 years of HR experience. 
Maximum 15 days notice period can be considered. 

Responsibilities:
Update current and design new processes for seamless recruitment operations
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics
Research and implement new sourcing and job advertising options
Interact with clients to understand job and matching requirements
Get involved in building a strong talent pipeline
Handle end-to-end hiring events and drives .
Develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service
