REQUIRED:

At least years of working experience in Design, Development, Implementation and Testing of CRM application using Oracle Service Cloud is required for this position.
Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle Service Cloud with PHP, YUI, jQuery, C#, HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST services

Experience in:

Staff Management (Navigation set, Profiles and Account)
Outreach (Surveys, Mailing etc.)
Analytics
Configuring Chats
Design Workspace / workflows
Configuring Message Templates
Knowledge Base
Site Configuration
BUI extensibility frame work
Add-in Development
Customer Portal Configuration
Widget Customization
Custom Script & Custom Process Model
Create/Configure Business Rules
Connect PHP API
Data Migration from other systems such as Salesforce
Inbound/Outbound Integration
Hands on experience in preparing Design, Technical Specifications, Test Plan, Change Management, User Guide documents
Experience in end to end life cycle starting from Requirements definition, Preparation of effort estimates, Configuration, coding, testing and successfully implementing as per the timelines
Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

PREFERRED:

Oracle Service Cloud Certifications
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL Databases
Knowledge in Vue.js and other JavaScript frameworks
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
Familiarity with .NET Web framework and console applications
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
