Job Description

Analyst - Accounts Receivable - Hyderabad, TS (862269)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work on various tasks received from the customer services team
  • Process check and credit card refund for the members
  • Member account adjustments
  • Member account Balance transfers
  • Handle other disputes raised by the members
  • Work on Cash applications for different lockboxes
  • Ensure achievement of department goals and objectives
  • Adhere to agreed SLAs for the process
  • Reporting of exceptions as required
  • Document SOP and keep it up to date
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements
  • Work on/ project mange additional projects as required
  • Understand and ensure compliance with Business Policies and Practices

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
  • 3 years of experience in AR
  • Good communication
