Responsibilities:

Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal business stakeholders to support effective business decision-making.
Be a pivotal part of the commercial operations team supporting all the client services colleagues on our global CRM platform Salesforce and other commercial support.
Manage quality and consistency of data, train users, generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives.
Prepares project work for quality review by shift supervisors.
Assesses data requests submitted by users and responds or escalates as appropriate.
Supports additional revenue generation programs beyond Salesforce such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Performs research assignments related to CRO programs as necessary.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and other advanced features.
Proficiency in internet research to verify company and professional information through open resources.
Knowledge of online databases such as Capital IQ that contain company profile data preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email and client calls.
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with the team.
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Willing to work in UK shift as per business requirements.
Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion & diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect
