Key Responsibilities

Assess high level analytics goals, refine requirements, and recommend appropriate data visualization solutions
Scope, define, and drive adoption of data visualization best practices throughout the firm
Conduct annual and quarterly project planning for data visualization
Develop and enrich relationships with analytics leads across Blackstoneâ€™s business units (project roadmaps, resourcing, training & support, etc.)
Facilitate Proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, draft business designs (requirements),and establish project-specific resourcing plans.
Serve as the Blackstone liaison for key 3rd party relationships to negotiate / facilitate procurement efforts and help accelerate project implementation
Draft, manage and constantly improve all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to data visualization, including Tableau server access control, site administration, content curation, etc.
Participate in bi-weekly sprint planning meetings and daily standups
Design and deploy monthly Tableau training and office hours to enable broad self-service data visualization

Core Requirements

Data visualization / analytics experience a must; 2+ years preferred; Candidate must be a BCA/MCA/BSc(Computer Science)/BE(IT/Computer Science)
Demonstrated significant leadership experience as a team lead or similar role
Deep experience with data visualization software tools and related ecosystem, such as Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, PowerBI, Looker, etc.
A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude; desire to help grow a team and engage proactively
Bachelor's degree or higher; project management experience required; management consulting experience is a plus
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
Capacity to work within complex systems and large data sets
Willingness to work in shifts
