Job Description


Job Description
  • Candidate with strong work experience Vibration analysis , Acoustic analysis &tool expertise in LS-DYNA.
  • Performs structural analysis using well defined analysis tools, preferably Ansys, to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance.
  • Develops, integrates and documents structural requirements to establish the HVAC / Refrigeration system design.
  • Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment and operating boundary conditions.
  • Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance.
  • Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analysing improvements.
  • Works under general supervision/direction.
  • Knowledge and deep understanding of state-of-the-art FEA methods and FEA customization, thumb rules and procedures related to sheet metal and plastic structures, thermal & structural degradation, fatigue & failure models, dynamic analysis of structures, etc.
  • Past hands on experience with FEA tool ANSYS and familiarity with functionality of tools and scripting/programming languages such as Python, C/C++ etc

Qualifications
  • 2 - 6 years of work experience.
  • M-Tech for IIT or IISC
