Job Description

Analyst I - Apps Prog

Chennai, India

Responsibilities

Maintaining change management system, including policies, processes, systems, metrics and procedures that are used across the entire IT business and adheres to all regulatory requirements
Work closely and communicate effectively with users and stakeholders of the change process to drive the improvements
Assure service quality objectives, governance compliance, and responsiveness through KPIs and metrics
Support the development and execution change management activities
Collaborate with the team and key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of assigned deliverables
Identify training needs by analysis of common errors
Analyze software change request in relation to configuration and release management process and strategy
Ensure that QA is performed on each change request prior to approving the same
Coordinate with the multiple internal and external change stake holders and communicate and document as per the process
Own the daily/weekly reporting and change communications
Work with the CAB (change advisory board) as per the change request type
Participate and provide expertise in technical project discussions / release planning with various stakeholders

Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
