Job Functions

At direction of Manager, who assigns Concur configuration group, intakes field team roster additions or changes and formats appropriate data upload template to create or change system profiles
Next day performs quality check of entire team for consistency and accuracy
Notifies Operations of login IDs and passwords when profiles are actionable
At direction of Manager intakes client customization requirements and creates system audit rules to enforce compliance
Applies analytical skills to raise possible anomalies to Compliance or Operations
Performs quality testing to ensure all system enforcements engage properly
Notifies Operations when client customizations are ready and provides test IDs for User Acceptance Testing
Prepares test profiles and supports Technical Training’s needs
Performs root cause analysis and corrects application defects
Participates in development of client Expense Requirements Document
Responds effectively to inquiries regarding system settings and data extract requests
Complies with change request processes and adheres to Sarbanes-Oxley system access controls
Develops ability to apply client variables to reporting templates to provide ad-hoc Cognos reporting
Participates in special projects as requested

Requirements And Key Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in financial or technical discipline strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; additional languages a plus
Knowledge of Concur Expense administration preferred, with global experience a plus
Brings or develops Concur Expense system functionality and inquiry skills
Knowledge of IBM Cognos Query Studio a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
Experience with and understanding of financial systems a plus
Experience with Sunshine Act (transparency) reporting requirements preferred
Team player, adept at cross-functional collaboration and interaction with associates at all levels
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, attentive to details, and focused on accuracy
Capable of working mostly independently once requirements and process have been defined
Sense of urgency and high-degree of attention to detail in preparing client-facing solutions
Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting timeline goals for each
Adherence to change management process is mandatory
Appropriately escalates system and process issues to management
