WHAT YOU GET TO DO      

• Maintain a working knowledge of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, USDA and Non-QM origination guidelines
• Responsible for analyzing and evaluating consumer home loan applications and the supporting documentation to assess borrowers' creditworthiness. 
• Key Duties & Responsibilities 
• Responsible for analyzing and evaluating consumer home loan applications and the supporting documentation to assess borrowers' creditworthiness. Types of consumer loan applications include, but are not limited to Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA residential first mortgages. 
• Must be able to liaise with the onshore licensed underwriter to recommend approval or denial of credit applications and provide written and verbal decision and documentation to support the lending decision.
• Utilize decision and reporting tools to minimize variability, improve quality and maximize the profitability of the business
