Job Description

Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales ops team to collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity.
  • Generate forecast reports and collaborate into weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Assist the sales ops team with generating dashboards and reports in response to business needs.
  • Daily administration and support of SFDC instance including managing multiple user setup, profile and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
  • Create and document application requirements as it relates to program enhancements and changes.
  • Assist with testing process, which includes devising test plans, created test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual testing.
  • Provide users with technical support on Salesforce and associated applications and manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
  • Regularly perform de-duping and clean-up procedures.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com – up to 3 years
  • Ability to coach others on the use of Salesforce.
  • Good, demonstrable project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent report-writing and dashboard-creating skills.
  • Experience of data manipulation, de-duplication and cleansing.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
