Essential Function:
- Effective coordination with Payroll Partners, Finance Legal Entity Controllers and external stakeholders for processing Payments and Trade transactions
- Meticulously initiate Payments and complete Funding Authorization for in-scope markets–
- Employees – Salary and IC
- Vendors – Benefits
- Agencies – Tax and other statutory payments
- Maintain and follow Payment/Trade Authorization Matrix and ensure matrix is strictly followed
- Review process measurement statistics to ensure process is managed per defined model in a and address any opportunities for improvement
- Participation in process control environment activities (SOX Compliance/Risk Control Self Assessments)
- Involvement in processing and delivery of annual incentive compensation payments
- Responsible to maintain Operating Procedures, Business records and End to End process/services documentation
- Should be able to make BAU process decisions independently and defer to supervisor complex matters
- Provides feedback and identifies potential business process improvements
- Act as back up and provide appropriate training support for other region(s) requirements
- Participate in projects, transformation and key business initiatives as needed and manage deliverables
- Demonstrate strong process control mindset, rigor and business resiliency coverage
- Maintain confidentiality and employee data related policies/standards compliance
- Track process SLA, report and consistently improve process metrics
Experience/Skills Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Foreign Exchange, Accounting, Finance, Payroll Funding preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of payroll processing and related activities to ensure accurate and timely compliance with local regulations
- Requires extreme attention to detail and the ability to follow through and resolve outstanding issues
- Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge, process information and apply appropriately to client’s needs
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing initiatives
- Effective verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- SOX testing and business resiliency exposure
- End to End process management
- Project Management and implementation experience preferred
- Transactions metrics tracking and reporting
- Candidate must be flexible with extended working hours that may be required during critical deadlines
- Candidate must be willing to work in EMEA shift and support APAC shift on need basis
