Global People Technology Support Team is recruiting GLMS Analysts with 3+ years experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS. The primary responsibility of the Analyst would be to support operational activities through effective query management and provide stakeholder guidance.

Roles And Responsibilities

Work on Query Management Tool like ServiceNow.
Triage and resolve user queries on LMS.
Conduct workshops to onboard new countries.
Engage super users on admin calls and provide solutions to frequently asked questions.
Effectively communicate with all levels in the organization using non-technical language and leverage such skills to coordinate and work with Global across different functions and multiple teams.
Work in shift and showcase flexibility.
Work on Mailbox Management.
Take up new projects to deliver further value and quality to client groups.
Assist LMS global implementation projects and coordinate with the country administrators for a smooth implementation.

Technically sound with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with the primary focus on MS Excel. 

Education/ Certification

Bachelor of Engineering or Technology.
SAP SF Learning Management Certified Analyst preferred.
