Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing a huge customer base through Outbound calls, Inbound calls, and emails.
  • Following scripts while dealing with the customers as per the situation and requirement.
  • Identifying customer's needs, research the issues and provide the solution.
  • Previous experience is Call Center is an added advantage.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Good communication and verbal skills.
  • Handling customer complaints and other product-related issues via calls and emails.
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to increase product knowledge.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and escalate issues which require detailed research and handling.
  • Document complete calls as per the tools provided.
  • Salary best in the industry.
  • Lucrative daily incentive plan.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum +2
  • Good Communication and Verbal skills.
