Responsibilities and Duties

Managing a huge customer base through Outbound calls, Inbound calls, and emails.
Following scripts while dealing with the customers as per the situation and requirement.
Identifying customer's needs, research the issues and provide the solution.
Previous experience is Call Center is an added advantage.
Freshers can also apply.
Good communication and verbal skills.
Handling customer complaints and other product-related issues via calls and emails.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to increase product knowledge.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Identify and escalate issues which require detailed research and handling.
Document complete calls as per the tools provided.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Minimum +2
Good Communication and Verbal skills.
