About us

Our mission at Josh is to unlock human potential and our areas of work include inspiring, informing, skilling and placing the youth from Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 towns. We use our content first approach in vernacular languages to influence and impact our target audiences. As of January 2020, 45Mn people watch Josh Talks monthly and over 60,000 individuals are enrolled in our online courses. 

At Josh Talks, we work with various enterprises and organisations across the country. We strategize and implement public policy, CSR and brand programs by leveraging our assets such as video production, brand positioning, community building and content distribution. We also work with communications offices of International Organizations such as UNDP and ILO.

Location: Gurgaon / Virtual till 30th June

Position Summary:

Building great content is the ethos of everything we do at Josh. We are currently working on a new project that takes this content beyond talks and moves to information modules that can be used by individuals in Tier 2,3 & 4 cities to upskill themselves and become capable for higher paying jobs or to even start their own businesses. We need video editors to stitch this content together and package these videos to be delivered to our users. 

What would your day look like?

• Watching the Modules/Lessons
• Basic Content Editing
• Animation Overlays + Supers 
• Stock Footage Additions + Music Overlay
• Overall Visual Enhancements to end Product 

You will BREATHE visuals  24/7 - please do not apply if this does not excite you. 

Essential skills you need to have:

• Adobe Premiere Pro + Adobe After Effects (Both are a MUST) 
• Understanding of English & Hindi
• Ability to get work done, without direct control (it's not as easy as it seems!)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• Super  organized and meticulous
• Ability and willingness to work with people at all levels and different backgrounds
• If required, willing to step up and take responsibilities other than mentioned above
• Animation Skills Mandatory
