Duties & Responsibilities:

Facilitate and conduct trainings based on given content, knowledge and pedagogical practices. (refer to Programs on )
Follow training material and classroom agenda
Conduct presentations and webinars
Mentor students on assigned tasks as required
Encourage students to apply their knowledge, and practice newer and improved methods of creation
Take active part and to support any event happening in your area of work at school
Learn new tools, technology, and adapt to new environments of work
Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs
Willing to Travel

Facilitator Training:

We will be training our facilitator for 3 months before making them permanent on:
Communication Skills
Presentation Skills
Technical Skills
Experience: 0 - 1 years of relevant industry experience (Freshers can apply)

Required Key Skills

Knowledge on media & Design software is an add-on
Good Communication Skills – English is must, Local Language
