Job Description


  • Medical insurance, personal accident insurance, group term life insurance from the day you join us
  • 10 holidays along with 20 earned leaves, 7 sick leaves and 7 casual leaves in a calendar year
  • Shared Transport (Provided the address falls in service zone) We will count on you for: Knowledge of Superannuation domain, and system tools like SuperB, Calibre, Sonata and M Track preferred Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word) Problem solving skills and attention to detail Ability to multi task, self-starter Good understanding of legislative and procedural changes Knowledge of Superannuation domain and legislative changes like Protect Your Super and Putting Members’ Interest First What you need to have:
  • Graduation in any stream
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience overall
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience as Process Developer/Process Champion or equivalent role
  • Team player
  • Background in Pension Administration is a plus, but not must What makes you stand out?
  • Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer and problem solver
  • High attention to detail
  • Good relationship skills, Proven ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
