Your Role and Responsibilities
As AOC Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and scheduling change controls with application clients.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the standards/procedures are communicated to practitioners
Utilize the appropriate reporting management system to provide process performance reports, trending, and analysis
Follow defined critical issue path when needed, as defined in the customer concern policy
Drive process execution activities to identify, initiate and manage required action to meet service level agreements
Utilize the Change Management reporting system to monitor and track changes
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 3+ years in IT Service Management - Incident /Problem/ Configuration
Ability to gather and maintain a wide array of data, analyze data, preparing reports, and introduce process improvements throughout the reporting process along with excellent and technical skills
Experience in exercising judgment while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for account
Demonstrated expertise to prepare required documents and presentations as required
Proven expertise to ensure high level security, accuracy, and efficiency, demonstrate attention to details
