Job Description :

  • Identifying the operational need for new applications
  • Planning technical specifications as a blueprint for the deployment of apps
  • Reviewing and introduction of new applications conducting regular network backups and updates
  • Implementing new operating systems and releases
  • Offering guidance and preparation for staff as required to track
  • Recover and respond to requests for assistance inquiry
  • Solving technical issues
  • Handling store servers
