App Promoter jobs in Lucknow at Last Mile Angels

Job Summary

All the promoters will be given locations one day prior in the group where supervisors and promoters will be added.
Before they start activity few things will be given to promoters which include (mobile handset, sim cards, charger, power bank, umbrella, 2-t-shirts, bag) operation person will make a note of it and maintain all details in manpower sheet.
Promoters have to sign NDA before they start activity
All promoters will be working for 1 month with one day off every week. Workings 8 hours and 6 days a week.
Supervisors one day week off will be managed by the operations.
The week off and holiday have to be managed accordingly that no one is given off on Saturday and Sunday on those two days all promoters will be working.
When promoters reach locations they have to share live locations for 8 hours without fail.
Promoters will be informed that they are not working for Google and if they encountered such situation where someone cross questions them they have to just say that they are helping people as they really liked the app and want to share.
Weekly allowances will be given at the end of the week on a decided day.

Responsibilities and Duties

Reporting Format for (Promoters)
Promoters will be added to one group where they will be sharing all the needful mentioned below
1)Screenshot pic - When they download the app in customers phone they have to click the photograph of customers profile page and share it in group followed by voice note of customer feedback
Voice note -They have to ask customer to share their review about the Neighbourly app how they liked or disliked it or need to improvise. If they are willing to share it. The promoter has to record the review in his/her voice and share it in the group right after that customers profile page shared picture.
EOD- End Of the Day Voice Note: At the end of the day when the activity ends Promoters have to share their review about the day in detail and share it in the group.
Reporting: Promoters will be sharing the reports in given format on daily basis. -Approx. no of people spoken to: -Approx. no of downloads: -Approx. no of voice note: -Approx. no of screenshot: -Area covered today:
After sending all the needful reports, screenshots, voice notes, and end of the day voice note they have to clear the group chat and share a screenshot of same in the group
