Lead and manage application implementation stakeholders
to level expectations, communication of status, escalation for support &
driving resolution ·
Lead and Co-ordinate
between Apollo IT and Tool Vendor/Partners in Application integration
enablement ·
Review and manage all
changes to the project scope through a formally defined scope change process ·
Manage and co-ordinate
new release/product upgrade, etc. Primary objectives ·
Application owner on Apollo side for Case Management
and Workflow ·
Accountable for Workflow and Case management application
implementation on time, application availability and uptime ·
Works with Vendor and Implementation Partner to
implement the Workflow and Case Management application for COE |
