Position: APPLICATION ENGINEER( Roboticsdivision)

Working Location:Pune (Do not have office in Pune, will be a resident position)

QUALIFICATION:Diploma/ B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical amp; Mechatronics

EXPERIENCE: 5-8 Years

Missions / Activities:based on the guidelines defining the scope, means, objectives, and processes, you will be responsible in accordance with Stäubli quality standards, deadlines and safety rules, of the following tasks :

Provide support to the local sales team for the promotion of our products and success of different projects in various industries.

Propose solutions for integrating our robots into fully automated system along with other automation components (vision systems, PLC, conveyor, safety devices…)

Assist our customers towards the use, programming and integration of our robots either onsite or by phone (advice, feasibility study, real tests, trainings…)

Promote and support our range of software solution (industry specific teaching interface, conveyor tracking, PC simulation software…)

Follow up on automation projects and customers.

Participate to the design and implementation of demonstration system and participate automation related exhibitions.

Regularly communicate with Stäubli Headquarter to receive support or provide feedbacks of information.

Participate to the application hotline.

DESIRED SKILLS·

- Knowledge of industrial :

Basic mechanics (drafting skills),

Automation concepts (PLC, Drives, etc)

Electrical engineering (industrial electrical components amp; circuitary),

Basic electronics (component identification and there functions, circuitary, digital logic circuits, etc)

Computer communications (industry oriented),

Sensors and actuators technologies (electric, and pneumatic),

Knowledge standard networking protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet…) and Industrial networking protocols (DeviceNet, Profibus, CANBus…)
