Highly Experienced in handling complex applications
Expert in Application packaging for multiple environments (Windows 10 and Win 7 ,Mac, Server operating systems).
Skills for remediating compatibility issues in win 10 and windows 2016 servers
Should be proficient in technical trouble shooting and problem solving
Understanding of Citrix / XenApp Servers
Proficient in ITIL frame work
Should have knowledge on ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM.
Should able to contribute in technical customer discussions, onsite consulting and escalations
Should have excellent communication skills and understanding of customer processes.
Should be able to handle User Acceptance Test & take Sign-Off on the packaged Applications
