Job Description

Project Description

This role will support the Automated Source Code Scanning platform (Fortify). In addition, the person will handle secure code reviews and automated penetration test (WebInspect) delivery, The person will provide advisory to project teams on Fortify and secure coding. The role will support SCA (OSS risk platform),security requirements and security test advisory

Responsibilities

Support SCA (OSS Risk Platform - Sonatype Nexus IQ)
Advisory on Security requirements and Security Test
Provide expertise to drive the Program-wide standardisation of security test tool usage, around industry leading practices, and support the adoption
Deliver security test projects, including static and dynamic scan execution, analysis and report

Skills

Must have
- Minimum a degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline
- More than 4 years of Software Application Security Testing including 1 year of software development either in Java or .NET streams
- Understanding of application secuirty across the SDLC
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, Fortify is MUST
- Experience with OSS risk tools like Sonatype, NexusIQ, BluckDuck
- Experinece with Security requirements and security test
- Penetration testing experience is MUST
- WebInspect, Burp Experience is added ADVANTAGE
- Good understanding of Secure Software Development Life Cycle, Threat and Vulnerabilities Assessment, Agile Methodology and IT General Controls
- Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and take new challenges with an open-mind.
- Very desirable to have Application Security certifications
