  • This is the Job for Application specialist job to provide Installation, Training and monitoring the specified customer location. 
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following (other duties may be assigned)
  • Conduct operator and application training for internal and external customers
  • Provide remote and on-site application and troubleshooting support for customers
  • Prepare and update training syllabus and literature materials for effective training via feedback from internal and external customers
  • Prepare SOP for in-house & on-site customer training, product demonstration & evaluation
  • Conduct and assists product demo/presentation/evaluation/trials/study for customers
  • Ensure all pending and repeating troubleshooting calls are managed & solved promptly
  • Ensures all activities are promptly and accurately keyed-in to customer relationship management platforms.
  • Prepare document for all application related work.
  • Ensure that existing customer and new customer base are supported with prompt and quality service in a planned and pro-active manner
  • Develop effective troubleshooting strategies to minimize repeated troubleshooting calls to increase customer satisfaction
  • Assist RTD & RMD Product Manager or Product Executive in communicating Product Information/Updates contained in the Product Bulletins, Product Management Letters, Quality Notifications, Field Safety Corrective Actions, Safety Board Notifications, Support Notifications and Marketing Letters
  • Implementation of product changes such as instrument, reagent and software updates 
  • Ability and knowledgeable of basic IT software troubleshooting. (Android operation and functionality.)
  • Proper submission of reports that meets global standards (SIQ and data quality)
  • Assist Quality and Regulatory team with local compliance requirement as required
  • Compliance to Local SOPs & Guidelines

  • State  Regional  and Local Team for application related matters, updates and inquiries
  • Relevant internal team members including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Service, Applications, Quality & Regulatory and other departments/areas as required
