Interested candidate can share their resume on Mail and call-based data update requests from Customer.
Troubleshoot customer application software issues and follow-ups till completion.
Understand the issue reported by the customer, analyze and report it in the reporting system delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries.
Manage issue resolution by providing a solution from a remote location or by accessing the user’s desktop Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication/presentation skill Self-motivated, with strong ability to work both independently and with the team.
The candidate will be eventually taken care of release management and post-release support (this involves coordination between Client and development team).
The candidate will be responsible for providing solutions to Business users within the agreed SLA times.
The candidate will be expected to show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and participate in resolving day to day production issues.
The candidate is expected to work collaboratively with the application development/ testing team by deploying code, troubleshooting issues in a Test environment, coordinating and scheduling releases, participating in design review meetings etc.
