Job title: Application Support Engineer Work Location: Bangalore Requirement ? One full- time contract employee

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for the maintenance & support Smart Campus Applications Should resolve the CI Hotline SMT tickets within SLA for the complaints raised by users against applications like PRS, WTT & Scrap management tools.
Enhance/implement CRs in the smart campus applications based on the customer requirements.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Education level:

BE/B. Tech/MCA with a minimum of 5 years of IT work experience fulfilling the stated proficiencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Technical proficiency: o Core Java, jsp , html, css , JavaScript or jQuery.
Frame work: Spring boot, bootstrap, JPA.
Database: MySQL & MS SQL o Server: Tomcat 8 or more (application deployment and other server activities knowledge compulsory).
Version control: Working knowledge of GIT
Strong knowledge on Linux and windows system.
Must be able to work as per plan and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
