Job Description

Skills & Domain Knowledge in RETAIL BUSINESS.
Team Management Skills to manage L2.
These teams are specialized & specific to Retail Applications & Portals (20 - 25 engineers) managing both activities & tickets elevated from L1 teams / Service Desk.
Retail - POS Applications (Sales / Billing) Retail - Web Portals Retail - Application & Server Performance Monitoring
Flexibility: The process is 24 x 7, .
Should be flexible to work 6 days per week x 8 hours per day
Since retail business, should be available during major festivals and national holidays ( BIG SALE DAYS).
Good at Communication, Presentation & Customer Handling skills.
Daily interaction with L3 Teams, Business teams, Development Teams and Leadership Team.
Publishing of Daily, Weekly & Monthly dashboard to stake holders.
Since working out of Customer location, Client Relationship is key to this business. Will need candidates to be well matured and patient enough to critical and challenging situation.

Pro-active & Assertive

Should have good hands on RCA to identify repeated & emerging issues and action to get its addressed proactively ( Problem Management).
Periodic Revision of Knowledge Management and add-on, if any
Conduct Train the Trainer Session, wherever needed.
