Support Engineer
Eligibility Criteria :
BE/BTech in Computers
science, Electronics, and telecommunications or equivalent, BCA, MCA from 2019 and 2020 Batch
Skills and
experience preferred:
- 0-2 years’ experience in Technical Support (bonus if in areas of Telephony or VOIP)
- Should have good troubleshooting and problem- solving skills
- Good communication skills to deal with global customers
- Should be willing to work in 24/7 shifts and weekends as well
- Good knowledge of the Windows operating system
Good if the candidates have these
- Useful to have working knowledge on any of the following: CISCO Unified contact center Enterprise (UCCE),CISCO Unified Communications Manager (CUCM),Avaya Aura Platform and Voice/Media Gateways, VOICE protocols
- Preferred experience in installing and supporting telephony, network, or server infrastructure
- Certifications that match up well: Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Verint, Aspect
- ITIL Certification
Training and hiring process:
Candidates will be selected through a screening process, which consists of an aptitude test and an interview. Candidates will have to undertake a mandatory customized training program to learn the specific skills needed for the job. Candidates will have to pay for the training program in monthly installments (17% of salary for 24 months) only if (and after) they get placed in the job.
