Criteria For applying:
Must Have:
Completed bachelor's degree in CS/IT or any equivalent degree.
Fundamental knowledge of C and C++ programming, databases, Operating system, and data structures.
Knowledge of Flowcharts, Pseudocode codes, and basic algorithms
Adaptive learner who is ready to learn and adopt to technologies.
Analytical thinking with effective communication and behavioural skills.
Diligent and cheerful outlook.
The Ideal Candidate:
Should have completed any project by self-written code and able to present correctly.
Any certification of training completion in web technologies, .NET and Angular preferred
Knowledge of source control and code management
Selection process:
Online Technical test.
Technical screening.
Behavioural Screening
On selection, an offer of 4.5 LPA as an apprentice software engineer.
Probation:
As part of the probation, the candidate would get a chance to become part of our thinkbridge initiative thinkschool .
thinkschool is our carefully curated finishing program aiming to bridge the gap in technical, behavioral, & cultural elements required to excel in a professional setup.
It is a comprehensive in-person professional set up, for a duration of about 5-6 months.
The program would involve thorough evaluations to continuously testing conceptual and behavioural proficiencies of the trainees.
Post Probation Expectations:
Solve business problems by learning to see programming as a tool.
Develop keen observance on the technical and functional landscape.
Build strong software fundamentals to solve the real-world scenarios.
Evolve from a 'student' to a 'professional' with a win-win attitude.
Ingrain quality and excellence as an attitude to succeed and sustain in a global landscape.

Be production ready as per thinkbridge standards.
Upon successful completion of all the above-mentioned parameters, the apprentice would be confirmed as a think’r to become an Associate Software Engineer with a CTC of 6 LPA.
