Payments, Virtual Solutions, Innovation (PVSI) group aims to provide technology across Payments, Digital channels, Innovation Solutions (SWIFT, ACH, Wire, Credit Card, Debit Card, ATM, Branch, Contact Center, Commercial Card, Lockbox, Sweeps, Cash Flow, Deposits, Push2Card) in the form of Services, Solutions, Software, Products and helps PVSI CIO group to move forward in transforming the technology organization. This includes collaborating with Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, Shared Service and Infrastructure teams
About The Role
You will be lead of a development team of one of the critical applications. You will work on enhancements of existing modules or develop new modules depending on the design of the application and on business criticality / dependency.

- Will work for technology teams in India, deliver technology solutions to the business by leveraging existing platforms, and build new platforms as needed.
- Lead, design, develop, test and implement applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies.
- Plan, perform and resolve escalated platform, coding and testing issues of a technically challenging nature.
- Responsible for defining opportunities across IT to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing cost.
- Ensures that systems are monitored to increase operational efficiency and managed to mitigate risk.
- Partner with QA, production support and platform engineering teams effectively.
- Focus on building relevant capabilities in the organization to keep pace with demand and best practices in the industry.
- Work with US technology managers on projects and be directly responsible for full project life cycle for projects / applications including user interaction, planning, development, testing and L3 support.
- Recruit, mentor and develop talent by setting appropriate goals and expectations for the team.
- Primary point person for systems and projects within area of responsibility.
- Contribute to continuous improvement ideas and projects.
Essential Qualification:- Strong experience in developing Java
- Strong hold in Spring,Hibernate etc.
- Good experience in Javascript, AngularJS, NodeJS, jQuery etc
- Hands on Expereince in MicroServices
- Understanding of App Server and Web Server environments
- Experience in scripting such as Groovy, Ruby, Python – Scikit Learn, SimpleITK, OpenCV, etc.
- Open mindset and ability to learn new technologies to create word class platform for product development
- Ability to clearly articulate design and implementation choices
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Innovative and scientific thinkingGood to have
- Skills in Cloud Foundry and Microservices
- Ability to use Cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure etc) for application deployment
