Responsibilities

Strong in process mining & business analysis for technology banking development projects and will be directly responsible for coordinating between business and technical teams.

• Analyse data from Process Mining (ex:Celonis, etc) tools, other dashboards and IT systems
• Create engaging and interactive visualizations utilizing Process Mining (ex:Celonis, etc) platform to locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Understand inefficiencies in manual steps and rework task list
• Discover the root causes for specific delays and prioritize the issues that impact the delivery the most
• Create actions and real time alerts to avert late deliveries to Line of business process owners
• Publish dashboard and reports to Management with summary of issues and suggestive improvement.
• Ability to Identify the best method for data collection, ensure the data quality, and work together with the stakeholders responsible for the data input to ensure we can correctly measure and track all necessary information.
• Set up and maintain data models/structures that would be basis for analysis and work closely with client SME's to generate analytics report.
• Set data dictionary and maintain data governance on the created structure
• Collaborate with IT system experts to ensure the IT systems are set up correctly to gather all relevant information and support the most effective data structures
• Maintain and extend existing Process Mining (ex:Celonis, etc) tool data processing pipelines
• Should have good knowledge of various process mining platforms such as Celonis,etc and enable Robotic process automation teams to design/develop solutions which are scalable and cross-platform compatible
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and use strong writing and verbal skills to communicate facts, figures, and ideas to others. Deliver effective presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.E.) or Post Graduate.
• Experience in at least one process mining tool is a must such as Celonis, Process Gold, Kofax Insight, ARIS, ProM, ProDiscovery, QPR Process Analyzer, Process Diamond, etc.
  
  Consistently generate creative, resourceful solutions to problems, Clarify complex data or situations so that others can comprehend, respond, and contribute.
• Integrate ideas and inputs from different sources to find innovative solutions and should look for opportunities to
• Must be willing to leverage existing development best practices to drive measurable results within a program :
• 3-4 years of experience in Implementation of Process mining projects/ process improvement / technology consulting
• Deep understanding of Business processes and map to potential solutions such as Robotic Process Automation or Analytics/Insight, etc.
• Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
• SQL and data visualization experience
• Work experience and Domain knowledge in Banking & Financial services
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain solutions in person and in writing
