Role/Designation: AR Associate/Associate – RCM(AR)

The AR Associate is accountable to manage day today activities of Denials Processing/ Claims follow-up/ Customer Service

Exp: Fresher

·         Candidates with other tech support/customer support or other BPO experience will be considered as fresher only.

Education qualification:

·         Minimum Qualification: +2

·         Any Graduates can apply (With or without arrears are eligible)

Skills Required:

·         Excellent Communication Skill

·         Basic Computer Skills

·         Basic Typing Skills

Job responsibilities:

1.       To review emails for any updates

2.       Call Insurance carrier, document the notes in software and spreadsheet and take appropriate action

3.       Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor.

4.       Update Production logs

5.       Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project

6.       Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis

7.       Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.

8.       Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.

9.       Ensure follow up on pending claims.

10.   Prepare and Maintain status reports

Interview Stages:

Round 1: Initial HR

Round 2: Versant Test – Benchmark – 50

Round 3: Logical & Analytical

Round 4: Trainer’s round

Work Timings: 6.30pm – 3.30am( Night shifts)

Transportation: Cab facilities available (Up to certain boundaries & For Female Cab is Mandatory)
