Handles complex voice process in terms of providing dedicated support on both I/B & O/B calls Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry by reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information
Verifying customer's understanding of information and answer on calls Propose value adds & prepare call scripts, documentation for smooth call flow 4-5 years of calling experience with sound knowledge on voice processes Providing support for entry level representatives in clarifying the queries, advise the solutions Resolves problems by clarifying issues;
researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions;
implementing solutions escalating unresolved problems Managing everyday work activities assigned by Leads and inform the work status appropriately Monitor all transactions and ensuring compliance to quality regulations and maintain effective relationships with clients Coordinate with internal and external clients and provide assistance on phone and resolve all queries Knowledge on Healthcare domain & Industry Terminologies
